Refund Policy
At Stratus Tools LLC, we aim to ensure that all of our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that there may be instances where returns are necessary. Below is our policy regarding refunds and returns:
Returns
- Customers have the right to return unused, resellable items within 30 days of receipt.
- All returns must be in their original packaging, unused, and in a condition suitable for resale.

- To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
Restocking Fee
- Opened or used products are subject to a 30% restocking fee. This will be deducted from your refund. We only accept returns of used items if they are faulty or were described inaccurately.
Damaged or Faulty Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report this to us within 15 days of receipt. Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in a denial of the refund.
- For products that are Dead on Arrival (DOA), we will provide a return shipping label for your convenience.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the product.
Refunds
- Upon receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exchanges
- In the case that you wish to exchange an item, please note that the same conditions apply as for returns. An item can only be exchanged if it is unused and in a re-sellable condition.
- If the exchanged item is of lesser value, we will refund the difference. If the exchanged item is of higher value, you will be required to pay the difference.
