SAFE SENSE PRO END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

IMPORTANT – READ CAREFULLY.
By installing or using the Safe Sense Pro software (the “Software”), you (“End User”) agree to be bound by this End‑User License Agreement (“EULA”). If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

1. License Grant
SafeSense grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software solely in conjunction with SafeSense hardware sensors and services, for internal, non-commercial use.

2. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in the Software, sensor data, and documentation remain with SafeSense. You have no ownership rights except for the license granted herein.

3. Restrictions
You may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software,

Modify, distribute, sublicense, rent, or lease the Software,

Use the Software outside permitted devices or for any prohibited purpose.

4. Updates & Connectivity
SafeSense may provide automatic updates. You agree to accept such updates for continued use. You must provide accurate network configuration to enable remote data transmission to the SafeSense cloud system.

5. Data & Privacy
You retain ownership of your data (“End User Data”). SafeSense may collect and process data for operation and troubleshooting. Your use is subject to the applicable Privacy Policy.

6. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. SafeSense may terminate or suspend your license if you breach any term or misuse the Software. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and delete all copies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided “AS IS,” without warranties of any kind. SafeSense disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SafeSense and its affiliates will not be liable for special, incidental, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software. In no case shall liability exceed the amount paid (if any) for the Software or hardware.

9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold SafeSense harmless from any claims arising out of your misuse of the Software or violation of this EULA.

10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state where SafeSense is registered (e.g. Florida), without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with courts located in that state.

11. Export Compliance
You must comply with all relevant export laws and regulations. You may not transfer the Software to prohibited countries or persons.

12. Miscellaneous
Severability: If a clause is invalid, the rest remains in effect.

Entire Agreement: This EULA, together with any incorporated Privacy Policy and hardware documentation, is the complete agreement.

Amendments: SafeSense may update this EULA. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
